Dietz & Watson Holiday House Party

Hello and Thanks for stopping by.

Today I got to Host a #DietzParty with Dietz & Watson and House Party. I deiced to have a Holiday Game Night theme. So I invited some people over for a Dietz & Watson / Tisha's Creations modern take on a Antipasti Platter using Dietz & Watson.

Originally Antipasti Platters are colorful offerings of marinated vegetables: Think artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers or pickled garlic, salty olives, rustic artisan breads, natural deli meats, small bites of seafood delicacies and rich cheeses. Mine had all of that but with a modern twist thanks to Dietz & Watson fun and colorful Cheeses and Meats I used to make my Antipasti Platter.

I had Dietz & Watson: Buffalo Hot Wing NY Cheddar, Black Forest Ham, Steakhouse Onion Cheddar, Classic Turkey Breast, Prosciutto ( Appetizer), Champagne Dill Mustard, Cranberry Honey Mustard. All made by Dietz & Watson. I also had veggies, Spanish Olives, Pepperoncini, Bread,  Olive Oil with Parmesan Cheese and Black Pepper, Artichokes, Pickles.

Here are some pictures showing my Game Night set up.

I also made Prosciutto Crostini a recipe from Dietz & Watson. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

One fresh baguette (16 slices)
Olive oil cooking spray
8 slices of Dietz & Watson Prosciutto, each cut in half
6 oz. soft goat cheese
4 tablespoon. fig jam
16 small fresh basil leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a serrated knife cut baguette into slices. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets. Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Spread some goat cheese on each crostini. Spread some fig jam on top of the goat cheese. Fold the half slices of prosciutto and place on top of each crostini. Lay fresh basil leaf on each and serve.

I love this Recipe its super easy to make and it taste really yummy. I really enjoyed hosting this party. I liked all the Dietz & Watson food. Tried unique blends and flavors and got inspiration for new creations with my food. All my party guest enjoyed the Oven Classic Turkey the most, said it tasted like it had just been sliced.
