I was looking in magazines for workouts and I came across these two. I just had to share them with our readers. The stretch workout is amazing, it helps with low back pain and you really do get a firmer everything. Stretching is very important for your muscles, a must before a workout. The massage workout always has me feeling so great afterwards. If you have back problems make sure to ask a doctor before trying the massage workout. Thanks for reading.
